will be held the weekend of June 12-13 2010 at Yorktown High School
 
The Boys Tounament on Saturday June 12th and
the Girls Tournament on Sunday June 13th

This is a Yorktown Community event and all are welcome to join us on this special day!

Join us as the Yorktown Athletic Club sponsors the fifth annual Murphy Youth Lacrosse Tournament in conjunction with the eighth annual Matt Kull Memorial Blood Drive & Yorktown HS Alumni Game.

 When: Saturday & Sunday, June 12-13, 2010 at Yorktown High school.

Time:  Play starts at 8:00am

Matt Kull Blood Drive will be held Both Days: from 10:30am until 4:30pm. Last year nearly 60 pints were gathered. Please take the time to donate!

This year we have an exciting agenda planned.

 Charlie Murphy Youth Tournament: 8:00am until 5:30pm

The Charlie Murphy Youth Lacrosse Tournament will include a total of 86 teams (40 girls teams and 46 boys teams) that will participate in 3 separate age groups. A total of 14 youth teams from Yorktown are participating so come watch them play!

 Matt Kull Memorial YHS Alumni Game: Saturday, June 12th  @  Charlie Murphy Field. Pre-Game Activities begin 4:00pm

The Matt Kull Memorial Yorktown HS Alumni Game is also a fundraiser to help raise money for the Matthew Kull Foundation for Healing Lymphoma, which is a nonprofit organization dedicated to cancer family support. Some of the greatest Yorktown players, past and present, will participate in this game and it is a virtual who’s who as the legend’s of Yorktown famed Lacrosse program participate in a fun filled game.
