The Bayonne Rangers Mite Development program offers a variety of player development options to help young beginner hockey players improve basic skills and progress towards full travel hockey. Skating and skill development is the key ingredient for long-term hockey success. Our progressive training programs helps your child build a solid skating and skills foundation. The Bayonne Rangers Mite ADM Program is an ideal Learn To Play Hockey program while allowing the player to apply these skills in half ice games.
The goal of our Mite Development program is to provide beginner players with the best skill base possible. Whether they aspire to play on a half ice or full ice Bayonne Ranger travel team or just want to pursue their passion in a local house league, our Mite Development program arms the players with the skills they need to be successful at their chosen level of play.
Program Cost $700
Program Length: August through February 2020
Program Description:
Minimum of 26 practices, 1 practice a week.
Minimum of 15 games in Bayonne. No travel games.
4 day Summer Camp.
Practice & Game Jerseys with socks.
Basic Curriculum
- Skill development - skating, passing, shooting, stickhandling, hockey positioning
- Active, fun and upbeat practices.
- USA Hockey training systems are implemented weekly to maximize fun and learning
- Emphasis is on total hockey development!
